La troisième circonscription du département de l’Aube totalise 10 cantons : Les Noës-La Chapelle, Marcilly le Hayer, Mery sur Seine, Nogent sur Seine, Romilly 1, Romilly 2, Sainte Savine, Troyes 3, Troyes 4, Villenauxe la Grande.

Selon la préfecture de l’Aube, la troisième circonscription compte 110 762 habitants en 2002.
